Just a mom who got tired of forgetting

I only recommend products I've personally used and tested myself. I'm deeply focused on natural healing and holistic wellness — I reject the "pill for every problem" approach and believe in healing through diet, vitamins, herbs, homeopathy, fresh air, and all other natural methods instead.

I'm always learning and evolving. I make decisions based on what I know at the time, and I'm okay with changing my mind as I discover new information. That's growth, not inconsistency. I've been high protein, raw vegan, fruitarian, back to vegan, and now carnivore-adjacent keto — each phase taught me something.

I'm crunchy and simple by nature. I make things from scratch whenever I can — bread, ice cream, bath bombs, hair masks — you name it. I read every ingredient label because what we put on and in our bodies matters. Our skin is our largest organ — why put petroleum-based products on it?
